What’s your style? WORK WEEK MEAL PREP OR NOT.. Tell me below!

Personally, if I’m not fully prepped for the week, I’ll be eating out.. or not at all. (Which we all know results in a hangry sis – and no one wants that!)

This week I’ve meal prepped 4 ways using Salmon Burgers! (Step aside every other salmon burger.. these taste incredible!)

Spicy Salmon Bowl (Recipe below ) – Sticky Rice, Cucumber, Carrot, Scallion, & Sriracha Mayo

Arugula Citrus Salmon Salad – Arugula, Fresh Shaved Parmesan, & Lemon Honey Vinaigrette

Broccoli Slaw & Ramen Salmon Salad – Broccoli Slaw, Cooked Ramen Noodles, & Ginger Soy Dressing

Fiesta Salmon Bowl – Spanish Rice, Black Beans, & Fresh Jalapeño Pineapple Salsa

Don’t mind me, I’ll just be waiting until lunch every day this week!

SPICY SALMON BOWL

Ingredients:
1 Salmon Burger
1/2 Cup Sticky Rice
1/4 Cucumber – Chopped
1/4 Cup Carrot – Shaved
2 Scallions – Chopped
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
3 TBS Soy Sauce
2 TBS Sriracha
1/2 Lime – Juice

In a skillet over medium, heat fully cooked salmon burger until heated through.
In the meantime whisk mayonnaise, soy sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
In a bowl place rice, cucumber, and carrots. Top with your Salmon Burger and scallions.
Drizzle Sriracha Mayo – meal prep or enjoy right away!
