Super Bowl Stromboli I’m always looking for reasons to make my pepperoni stromboli… it’s just that good! Old faithful. If you’re looking for another dish to add to your SB spread (or for any occasion ) do yourself a favor and try this out! Its layers of cheesy, crispy, deliciousness in every bite. It’s fairly simple to make, easy to make your own twist on, and is always a hit! I’ve been making these ever since I can remember. I might try out a sausage and mozz version this weekend, but classic pepperoni is definitely my favorite!

Ingredients:
1 pkg pizza dough, pepperoni, mozzarella, fresh Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, egg wash

Recipe:
Take room temperature dough and on a floured surface, roll out to a oval/rectangle until thin. Take mozzarella and place along the entire perimeter, then filling in the center. Take pepperoni and similarly make sure that the perimeter and inside are filled! Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a good helping of Italian seasoning. Start from the outside and roll up, working both ends towards the middle until one is folded on top of the other. Brush with egg wash (this will help it to crisp up) and cut five slits in the top. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes (or until desired crispness!) on a lined baking sheetS Dont worry about any oil or cheese coming out while baking— this just adds to the magic!
